Thank you for choosing Lumora Collective. We’re grateful for your support and excited to create something special for you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your location. We do our best to keep shipping simple, fair, and transparent.

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: Flat-rate shipping, with free shipping on orders $99+ CAD
  • 🇺🇸 USA: Flat-rate shipping, with free shipping on orders $125+ USD

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 4–10 business days

Please note: These are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.


Processing Times

Because our products are released in limited drops and many items are produced during pre-order periods, processing times may vary.

  • Pre-order items: Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships.

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2-10 business days.

  • Orders placed during high-volume periods (launches, holidays) may require additional time.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Pre-Order Shipping

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once production is completed. We do not split shipments at this time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. Lumora Collective is not responsible for these charges.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Lumora Collective is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for support.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — once a package has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
