We’re so grateful for your support! Every piece we release is created in limited quantities, and many items are made to order during our pre-order periods. Because of the exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final, and we’re not able to offer returns or refunds at this time.

We kindly ask that you double-check product details, sizing, and your order before checking out. If you ever have questions about fit, color, or anything else, please send us a DM on Instagram or email us at hello@lumoracollective.ca — we’re always happy to help before you place your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it right away. Any replacements for damaged items will be shipped at no additional cost.
